You'll get an estimate within 48–72 hours of drop-off, before any work begins. Most repairs range from $60–$220 depending on parts needed.
Do I need to ship my machine in?
You can drop it off in person or ship it to us. We'll send packing instructions once your request is confirmed.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 3–5 business days after diagnosis. Parts availability can occasionally extend this.
Do you provide a loaner machine?
Where available, yes — let us know when you book so we can set one aside for you while your machine is in for repair.

All major espresso machine brands, commercial and home — De'Longhi, Breville, Jura, Gaggia, Saeco, Rancilio, Nespresso, Krups, Smeg, La Marzocco, Faema, Nuova Simonelli, Astoria, and more. We're especially experienced with Lavazza and Illy equipment, with 15+ years of hands-on experience across all of it.
Is there a warranty on my repair?
Yes — any part we replace is covered by a 90-day warranty against the original issue we diagnosed. This doesn't cover new problems caused by water quality, such as scale buildup from unfiltered spring or well water — we recommend filtered water to protect your machine going forward.
