I had an excellent experience with Endri at Fix My Coffee. I brought in my Izzo Alex Duetto III for a full inspection and service, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Endri did a very thorough deep cleaning and descaling and addressed every issue identified during the inspection. The pump and safety valve were replaced, the steam and hot water valves were repaired, the blockage in the hot water line was cleared, and both boilers were properly serviced.

He also polished the entire machine, and the result was incredible — he literally brought the stainless steel back to a mirror finish. The machine came back looking absolutely stunning, almost like it just came out of the showroom. The attention to detail was outstanding.

What really impressed me was the speed and level of customer service. I dropped off the machine on Friday, and it was fully serviced and back with me on Saturday. And as if that wasn’t enough, Endri personally delivered the machine right to my home. That’s exceptional service.

This wasn’t just a quick clean-up — the machine received a proper, comprehensive service. Endri took the time to explain what he found, what needed to be done, and why.

I got my Duetto back and it was looking and working incredibly well — honestly, it feels like a completely different machine.

Thank you, Endri, for the excellent work! Professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, fast, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Fix My Coffee to anyone looking for someone who genuinely knows espresso machines and takes care of them properly.

The response was immediate, the  diagnosis thorough and Andrew was able to identify what was wrong and the best next step in two days when we had been disappointed with other repair shops giving us back our grinder and their “fix” not lasting.
